The Pool Houses
The Pool Houses consists of a long, rectangular-shaped residential building with ground-floor commercial spaces facing a central square and two rows of apartments of different sizes arranged on either side of a swimming pool and park.

Light is the great protagonist of The Beach Residences thanks to the large floor-to-ceiling windows with unobstructed views of the sea and the spacious terraces that offer maximum exposure to light, all day and all year round.
At sunrise and sunset, light filters through the gaps between the residential modules creating particularly animated lighting conditions. A landscape “palette” composed of paved courtyards and water features mixes with existing trees and new plantings to create a fluid, lyrical park that progresses in a series of spatial passages to the lido overlooking the adjacent lagoon.
